WooCommerce themes can sometimes be tricky. In some cases, a manual integration is required, such as inserting the shortcode directly into your child theme’s functions.php file to display the chatbot in the desired location.

Additionally, if the chatbot is not returning answers related to WooCommerce-specific features (such as stock availability or delivery times), let us know on this forum. We’ll help you configure it so it works as expected.

The Fabio AI Chatbot backend allows you to add custom CSS to personalize the chatbot's design. You can find instructions in your admin dashboard, but if you need any help with the customization, feel free to contact support here.
