My website publishes new content every day. How can I keep the chatbot up to date?

If you add new content to your website every day, there are two ways to make sure Fabio AI Chatbot scans and includes this content quickly.

First, keep in mind that Fabio AI Chatbot scans all the content, including the pages, posts, forums topics and products that have been added or updated. For example, if your website has 200 pages and you modify 2 pages and add 1 new, the chatbot will still scan the 201 pages that you now have on your website. This comprehensive scan allows for the best possible synthesis of information in order to avoid contradictions.

When you publish new content, you can launch a manual scan so Fabio AI Chatbot immediately includes this content in its knowledge base.

If you prefer, there is also an automatic scan every 24 hours starting from the moment you activate the plugin.

For example, if you usually publish new content around 4:00 AM (for instance to allow search engines time to index it), you could activate the plugin at 7:00 AM. From that point on, the automatic scan will run every day at the same time.
