Fabio Plugins provides a support and assistance forum to help you configure Fabio AI Chatbot and get the most out of it.
We offer support to resolve technical issues, including problems that may be caused by other plugins installed on your website.
You can open a topic on our support forum, and we will reply within 24 business hours, often sooner.
To help us assist you faster, please include as many details as possible in your request. If possible, add screenshots and describe the steps that led to the issue.
Please also include the URL of your website so we can take a look. If the issue is technically complex, we may ask you for additional files or information to investigate further.
In any case, whatever the size of the issue, we will help you solve it for free.
